A Dallas-based mortgage company with licensing in 15 states, Town Square Mortgage hired Brand Radiance to create a Brand Strategy Plan during a significant acquisition. The plan served as a roadmap to ensure team alignment on the company’s strategic intent, core values, company culture, operational synergies and brand integration to elevate the company’s new image.
To support the company’s growth initiatives, Brand Radiance created a new website, marketing collateral, social media playbook, digital and video content, lead generation, events, employee recruitment program, social and media relations, award programs and much more. The Brand Radiance team also created a second website for TSM’s sister company, Monument Square Mortgage.
